basically the exam is still the half way moving which I got high mood for typing~

Yea..the day I took my SPM results is a 21% body fat~
As my six pack abs program did very well , currently 62kg with 14% of bf~
my wall full of 300 posters, stared at the internet guy, walked into the gym to seek for more
I am damn desperate to have a Spartans' body..more than I do haha~
I shall say bye to home workouts soon =(, cant play my fav music anymore~ I have to go out!
